RANESA intends to regularly publish policy briefs on various aspects of environmental and natural resource accounting.  Three policy briefs will be published annually.  These policy briefs are intended for the non-technical users of environmental accounting who are mainly engaged in natural resources management and environmental policy design.  Their purpose is to increase awareness among these target groups and serve to promote advocacy and dissemination of relevant concepts of and approaches to sustainable resource use and development.  Policy briefs are expected to be as short and non-technical as possible.
 

Applications are accordingly invited from all interested in contributing to RANESA's policy briefs series.  The application should contain a brief discussion of the proposed policy theme and motivation of its benefits to the target audience given the above stated objectives of this series.  A small budget of US$ 500 per brief is available from RANESA to support its production.
